 We've taken the Fruit Flavored Fruit Roll Ups, and rolled in the Freeze Dried Skittles!

We've been experimenting again and took some of our Fruity Fruit Roll Ups, and then filled them with fruity Skittles...and then freeze dried them!  The Skittles puff up in the middle and the Fruit Roll Ups turn crunchy.  They basically look like a pea pod, so we called them Sweet Peas!  

  Freeze Drying removes all the water from the candy, freezes it down to -50 degrees, and changes the consistency.  It's not sticky at all any more, it is crunchy.  And now people with braces can enjoy candy!  It's a really fun and unique taste treat! 

The freeze drying process also enhances the flavor, and makes it more intense.

Since the freeze drying process removes all the moisture, these are really light and crunchy.  Give them a try!
